📁 How To Upload Video
Connect the frame to a computer with the USB cable included in the box (compatible with Mac and Windows/PC). You can upload videos or photos up to 4GB. You can upload multiple files and play them sequentially. If you only upload one file, it will play in a continuous loop. You can constantly change your videos by deleting old videos and adding new ones!
🔋 Do I Need a Battery
No! The frame is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. A USB cable and adapter for charging are included with all orders. When the frame is fully charged, it will have a battery life of approximately 8 hours. But if you want your frame to stay on all the time, just keep it plugged in and enjoy the screen!
🔊 Does PicMotion Have Speaker
Yes! You have the option to turn the audio on or off in your video, you can do this by toggling the mute switch on the back of the frame. Remember that if you open your frame with sound in a video loop, the sound will also be looped. 🔊🔄
🛍️ How To Track My Order
We will send you an e-mail after your order has been shipped. You can track your Order directly from the Track My Order page on our website with the cargo code included in this e-mail.

We ship our products to all over Spain as quickly as possible, free of charge for multiple purchases.
Standard processing time is 2 - 4 Business Days after the order is placed and received on our store. We package, process, and ship the item within the 2 - 4 Business Days processing time.
Items vary on delivery times depending on the times of day it was sent, and other variables, unforeseen reasons. Orders are usually delivered to Spain from 6-15 Business Days depending on variables out of our control.
